Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. This page explains how Clear Digest treats them.
Cookies on Clear Digest
The pages of Clear Digest do not set cookies of their own. The site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no tracking pixels and no accounts or forms, which is why there is no cookie banner asking you to choose.
Fonts and scripts loaded from other hosts
To display properly, a page asks your browser to fetch fonts from Google Fonts and two scripts for layout and small interface behaviours from public content delivery networks (cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net). Those requests go directly from your browser to those hosts, which receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. They are not used by the publisher to identify or follow you, and the publisher does not set cookies through them.
When you follow a link to a provider
The call-to-action links in an article take you to a provider's own website in a new tab. From that moment you are on a different site, which may use its own cookies and has its own policy. Please read the provider's cookie notice there. The link address contains campaign identifiers so that the provider can recognise that you arrived from this article.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect how Clear Digest works. More detail on how the site handles personal data is on the privacy page.
